A NOTE ON SELECTION

We will prioritize spaces for applicants whose work most directly corresponds with our mandate, which means authors, zinesters, artists and independent groups whose voices have been traditionally marginalized and whose tabling content represents a variety of queer experiences.

We aim for the fair to reflect our collective’s strong commitment to anti-racism, anti-colonialism, anti-capitalism, anti-ableism, and gender and body self-determination and feminism. Therefore, we will prioritize spaces for applicants who experience intersecting oppressions and whose work stands in solidarity with these struggles.

In keeping with the collective’s vision, we prioritize tablers whose voices are traditionally marginalized, namely Black and Indigenous people and People of Color, sex workers, trans people, disabled people and fat people.
